中國私人飛機市場發展狀況

    環(huan)球時報(bao)(bao)綜合報(bao)(bao)道中國富(fu)豪2014年虧本退訂(ding)私人(ren)(ren)飛機(ji)的新(xin)聞(wen)近日在國內炒(chao)得火熱(re)。美國福(fu)布斯新(xin)聞(wen)網援(yuan)引中國媒體的報(bao)(bao)道稱,中國私人(ren)(ren)飛機(ji)市場可(ke)能面臨“倒春寒(han)”,中國富(fu)人(ren)(ren)已(yi)訂(ding)購、未(wei)交付私人(ren)(ren)飛機(ji)的30%已(yi)被取消,已(yi)經交付的私人(ren)(ren)飛機(ji)也(ye)可(ke)能有20%在2015年一年間被出售。真(zhen)的是這樣嗎?《環(huan)球時報(bao)(bao)》記者就此(ci)進行了調查。

  私(si)人(ren)(ren)飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)在(zai)歐美(mei)并不罕見,近年來(lai)不少中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)明星(xing)、富豪也(ye)都自(zi)備私(si)人(ren)(ren)飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)。全球(qiu)六大最受富豪青睞(lai)的(de)私(si)人(ren)(ren)飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong),巴(ba)西航(hang)空(kong)工業公(gong)司生(sheng)產的(de)萊格(ge)賽(sai)650居第四位,而中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)影星(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)龍就擁(yong)有這樣一(yi)款(kuan)“座駕”;2009年,小品明星(xing)趙本山以(yi)2億元人(ren)(ren)民幣的(de)價格(ge)購入加(jia)(jia)拿大龐巴(ba)迪公(gong)司生(sheng)產的(de)“挑(tiao)戰(zhan)者(zhe)”公(gong)務(wu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)。福布斯新(xin)聞網稱,近幾年由(you)于中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)富人(ren)(ren)階層的(de)迅速增(zeng)長(chang),全球(qiu)各私(si)人(ren)(ren)飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)供應(ying)商紛紛將這里(li)當做(zuo)私(si)人(ren)(ren)飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)最新(xin)的(de)成(cheng)(cheng)長(chang)中(zhong)(zhong)市場加(jia)(jia)以(yi)重(zhong)視,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)媒(mei)體上不時(shi)傳出富人(ren)(ren)購買了私(si)人(ren)(ren)飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)消息,不過隨著中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)新(xin)一(yi)屆(jie)領導層對政府(fu)官員腐(fu)敗的(de)嚴厲打(da)擊,加(jia)(jia)上對反奢(she)侈風氣的(de)倡(chang)導,這種市場氛圍(wei)正在(zai)發生(sheng)變化(hua)。中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)民航(hang)局副局長(chang)王(wang)志清在(zai)“2014亞洲(zhou)公(gong)務(wu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)展”上曾表示,在(zai)經歷3年爆發式(shi)增(zeng)長(chang)后,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)公(gong)務(wu)航(hang)空(kong)業增(zeng)速放緩。

  《航空知(zhi)識(shi)》副主編王(wang)亞男4日對《環球時報》記者(zhe)表示,部(bu)分企業(ye)家退訂私人(ren)飛機(ji)主要出于維(wei)護公眾形象的(de)(de)考慮(lv)。在(zai)反(fan)對浪費、崇尚節儉(jian)的(de)(de)社(she)會(hui)整體氛圍下,高端(duan)公務機(ji)很容易成為鋪張(zhang)浪費的(de)(de)典型(xing),反(fan)而為其自身形象減分,得(de)不償失(shi)。

  不過,也有分析認為,退(tui)訂(ding)飛機損(sun)失(shi)不小(xiao),因(yin)此退(tui)訂(ding)的細節,估計(ji)買(mai)家和賣家都不太(tai)愿意對外(wai)公布(bu)。
